Delivery times and costs
The shipping cost is PLN 19.90. If the value of your order is at least PLN 500.00, the shipping cost is covered by Origins of Light.
Goods purchased in the Origins of Light store are shipped via the InPost courier company. At the customer’s express request we can send the goods to a parcel locker. As a rule (as long as the goods are in stock) we dispatch orders within 24 hours of the payment being credited to our account.

In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, the Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending a completed withdrawal statement.
The goods must be returned in an unaltered condition. The return should take place immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day the Customer withdraws from the contract.
The returned goods should be packed in a way that prevents any damage to the shipment in transit.
Goods not covered by the right of return
Goods produced for specific orders (to the Customer’s specifications), such as:
- — colored cables cut to the size of the lamp,
- — wall lights painted in a chosen color,
- — lamps and wall lights made to order,
- — custom festoon lights
are not eligible for return.
The Origins of Light store will refund the value of the order together with the delivery costs immediately, no later than 14 days from the day the Customer withdraws from the sales contract.
The cost of sending the Goods back and packing the return shipment is borne by the Customer.
